We manage this process every step of the way.

Game time! All the months of preparation are complete, and we have secured the opportunity to bid for new business. We are experts in reviewing quote documents, requirements, designs, and contracts. We are driving the quote process with our clients, ensuring we meet every requirement from the OEMs. We handle quote submissions, contract negotiations, and pricing negotiations.

Program Management

At Lynx, we don't stop once the business is awarded. We are integral to the development process, providing leadership and boots on the ground. We drive the development process from studio design to engineering design, to prototype/first shots, to preproduction builds, to PPAP, and mass production. We know this process intimately, and we know how to be successful all along the way.
